Instructions Regarding Complimentary Valet Parking:
You must park in the garage in Neiman Marcus’s Valet Section in order to receive complimentary valet parking.
Upon entering the garage, guests will receive a white ticket (generated by machine at entrance). Bring this white ticket inside with you, and make sure you ask a Neiman Marcus employee to stamp your ticket before leaving for the night. You will need to insert this stamped ticket into the machine to exit the garage later.
Upon parking at the Neiman Marcus Valet, a valet parking attendant will give you a green ticket. Upon leaving, you will need to give this green ticket to the Parking Attendant in order to get your car.
