Curated by architect Alan Goldberg FAIA, the exhibit includes twelve separate displays consisting of models, vintage material, original drawings, personal drafting tools and belongings, and furniture and furnishings. The centerpiece is a 40-foot long timeline containing 96 vintage photographs of 68 key projects. Featured architects include Richard Bergmann, Marcel Breuer, Victor Christ-Janer, Alan Goldberg, Landis Gores, John Johansen, Philip Johnson, John Black Lee, Gary Lindstrom, Eliot Noyes, Laszlo Papp and Hugh Smallen. “Visitors will be immersed in the community of architects who lived, worked, and helped shape New Canaan’s landscape — and influenced architecture throughout the world” says curator Alan Goldberg.
