Please join us for the opening of SELECTS 2017, our annual summer member artist exhibition, on Friday, July 14 from 6-8pm. SELECTS 2017 will be on view through September 2, 2017.
The exhibition was juried by Charlotte Strick, Art Editor of The Paris Review literary magazine and Claire Williams Martinez, former Chapter President of AIGA (American Institute of Graphic Design) Chicago. The jurors are also the co-founders and principals of the Brooklyn, NY-based multidisciplinary design firm, Strick&Williams, where they collaborate with cultural institutions and clients in the arts, education, publishing and non-profits.
The Westport Arts Center has announced the eight artists selected for SELECTS 2017 as follows:
