As Yale’s fellowship quartet-in-residence, Argus loves to perform classic chamber music masterpieces alongside newly written works, exploring how the music of our past inspires and contextualizes the music of our time. The three incredibly varied quartets in this program by Schubert, Beethoven, and Ted Hearne, are filled with beauty, excitement, and emotion.
