Korean Spirit & Culture Promotion Project is pleased to present a demonstration of home-cooked Korean cuisine with a traditional table setting in Bangjia bronzeware. In the early 21st century, the health benefits of Bangjia are once again gaining attention. Both beautiful and durable, producing beneficial minerals and neutralizing harmful substances, Bangjja is not merely a variety of dishware, but a tangible legacy of enlightened wisdom. After the demonstration and serving of traditional food, there will be a screening of a short film on Korean culture. In addition, KSCPP will hand out recipe and other such complimentary books on Korean history and culture.
Korean Spirit & Culture Promotion Project (KSCPP) is non -profit organization that is dedicated to raising awareness of Korean history and culture. In appreciation for the United States’ support for Korea during the Korean War and in the years that followed, since 2009, KSCPP has held over 1,700 presentations about the history and culture of Korea throughout the country.
